Nobody seems to control the housing market and our youth have no place to go except to the streets or kiss goodbye to their independence and privacy and cramping at their parents' house.

We realized that somebody has to do something to solve the problems. Otherwise, this beautiful nation which has been an attraction for the rest of he world soon be a junkyard.
