When it comes to purchasing our houses, there are some basic things you need to know before choosing the floor plan. Please go through our ten questionnaires below to let us know then we can help you choose the best floor plan for you. We can provide custom floor plans, or let you choose from our database. You can even provide us with your floor plan and we will deliver you the house you want as per your desire and budget.

What is your lot size and zoning as per the city ordinance?
Is it a graded and buildable lot?
How far are the utilities- Water, Power, Sewer, etc.?
What is the usage of the house? Residential? Retail? Commercial? Office? Warehouse? Airplane hanger? Hotel/Motel? Guest house in the backyard?
How many stories? Our houses are good for one and two floors.
Can you install it yourself or do you want us to refer to our recommended Installer?
Do you want the house to be fully equipped with Kitchen appliances?
Do you want HVAC (heating and cooling) systems or only Cooling or Heating units? or none? Please specify as the price varies based on the requirements.
Do you want only the base unit or the external and internal decorative panels as are also needed? Price varies.
